JIM SOMMER HONORED FOR 50 YEARS OF SERVICE

Kidron, Ohio, August 19, 2010– The Kidron Division of VT Hackney, a subsidiary of VT Systems Inc. (VT Systems), honored Jim Sommer for his 50-year association with Kidron brand truck bodies and trailers. Jim represents the second generation of the George Bixler family, who founded Kidron in 1946.

In honor of his service, Jim received a commemorative plaque and pin presented by his brother, John, Executive Vice President, during a ceremony at the Kidron, Ohio, plant. Jim has held numerous positions during his 50-year association with Kidron brand products, from being involved with hands-on manufacturing to production management and sales. He is currently the Kidron district sales manager in the state of Florida.

Jim lives in Lakeland, Florida, with his wife, Diane. They have three children: Greg, Brian and Mark.
