Side Door Liftgate
Kidron's innovative new liftgate option is designed to increase driver safety and delivery efficiency from the side doors of Kidron's famous Ultra Trailers, even when the door is located over the tractor tire. The new SDL-1000 Side Door Liftgate has been developed in conjunction with Waltco Truck Equipment Co., and can efficiently lower cargo weighing up to 1000 pounds. The SDL-1000 is ideal for speedy curbside deliveries from trailers equipped with Kidron's ACMT compartmentalization system, another Kidron innovation that allows for the delivery of up to four different temperatures of products in a single trailer. The SDL-1000 is the first liftgate that can be installed at side doors over tractor tires because the platform stores inside the reefer and swings out quickly for usage, using only minimal inside cargo space.
